What are your plans for meeting the requirements of gatherings during the current pandemic?

Our first priority is to keep everyone who attends our concerts as safe as possible.  We will stay apprised of and follow all national, state and local recommendations or mandates currently in place regarding the health crisis.  This may include postponing a concert or requesting attendees wear protective face covering while attending a concert.

Where are your concerts held?

All concerts scheduled for Loveland Performing Arts are held at the Roberta Price Civic Auditorium at Thompson Valley High School, 1669 Eagle Drive, Loveland, CO 80537.

Will there be Accessible parking, Entry and Seating?

Yes, a ramp is available from the large parking area at the back of the school.  Also, there are 13 Accessible and Companion seats at the back of the Auditorium.

Do you have reserved seats?

No, the shows are all Open Seating, with a capacity of over 800 seats on the first level.  The balcony can be used for an overflow crowd.

Can I purchase tickets at the door the night of the concert?

Yes, tickets purchased at the ticket table for the current show are $25.00 each or $5.00 for students.

Can I purchase tickets for future shows on the night of a concert?

Yes, all tickets purchased at the ticket table are $25.00 each or $5.00 for students.

How do I purchase single-show tickets online?

After July 15,2020, go to https://www.lovelandperformingarts.org and click on 2020-2021 Show Preview.  You’ll find a button for each show that links you to Colorado Box Office (CBO).   You will purchase tickets there with a credit card, which will not go through PayPal.  If you have questions, the fastest way for assistance is to email info@lovelandperformingarts.org.  You may also leave a message at 970-646-4010 and a Board member will return your call.


Is there a ticket fee?

Yes, as with all online ticket orders there are ticket fees, which you’ll see before you finalize your order.

Do I need to print out my single-show ticket(s)?

You will have the option 1) to have e-tickets on your mobile device
2) to Home Print when you’re by your printer, or
3) to Print Now
After ordering your ticket(s), you will receive an emailed receipt from Colorado Box Office, explaining your choice for receiving the ticket(s).

Will you be using QR codes on the tickets?

Even though we may not scan your ticket at the door, each ticket will have a name and a number assigned. As we review the tickets received at the door, we will be able to check for any multiple use of a ticket number and will ask for an additional ticket payment.

Why did you change the way to order online tickets?

Colorado Box Office provides ease in ticketing for a reasonable fee, with local technical support. They also provide free advertising of our shows in several area newspapers. https://Coloradoboxoffice.com is a secure site, as well as https://lovelandperformingarts.org

Will we order Season Ticket Packages through Colorado Box Office?

No, we have not set up Colorado Box Office to order Season Ticket Packages.
Season ticket members can order their set of tickets by
*Purchasing them at the Price Auditorium ticket table on the eve of a show,
*Using the Order Form found on the mailed brochures and mailing with a check,
*Printing and clipping the Order Form from our website and mailing with a check,
*Ordering a Season Ticket Package from our website, using a credit card through PayPal.
